To The Parents and the Guardians The School is a flourishing one, Co-operation from all quarter of society is expected. Especially co- operation from parents/guardians is imperative. The best we can deliver to the students depends on how best you co-operate with us. School education training is not completed unless the home does it part.

• 1. Parents are requested to see the child's papers, School Diary, their lessons, regularly and also take an active and helpful interest in activities of school to ensure completion of H/W & follow notices.
• 2. Parents are requested to sign and return the Progress Report Card to the school within three days.
• 3. Parents and guardian are not allowed to go to the class rooms to meet their children or engage teachers during school hours.
• 4. Children are not allowed to visit their friends homes after class hours. This should avoid inconvenience to the school authorities as well as to the parents.
• 5. Any communication (request, complaint, suggestion) made by the parents to the school should be addressed to the Principal. The matter should be clearly stated and signed.
• 6. No child, suffering from an infectious disease should be sent to school.
• 7. Parents are kindly requested not to take their children out for long holidays during the working days.
• 8. Parents should supply all the necessary articles, Books & Exercise Books without delay and see that their Son/Daughter do not misuse them.
• 9. Parents and Guardian should see that their wards are regular in school and are nor avoiding their class.
• 10. Parents should see that their wards are not misguided by unsocial elements and should watch their social contact and their over all activities and report the same to the Principal without delay.
• 11. It is compulsory for parents to attend Parents- Teachers Meeting (P.T.M.) and also Report Days.
